GreenWay Maid is a division of GreenWay Painting, LLC. In short, we started out of a desire to continue to better our painting customers not only with earth-friendly [and freshly] painted walls, but also with an earth-friendly and clean house.

Just like our painting, our cleaning ladies are professional, family-friendly, and use “green” and natural products.

So let’s cut to the chase and keep this simple:

• We offer one-time cleanings, weekly/bi-weekly, monthly, move-in/move-out, holiday, maintenance/deep, spring/fall, rental property, and lastly residential/commercial cleaning.
• Our prices vary so please call us for a free estimate for any of the above items [except holidays]. This includes cleaning whatever you would like in the home including the cleaning supplies. Other companies usually have a lot of add-ons for items such as the stove or freezer; we do not.  We will do a little or as much as you would like cleaned.
• The week prior to a holiday prices will vary as that is always a busy time for us.
• Our customers who’ve used us for painting will have a limited lifetime discount of 10% OFF; so long as they live in the same home where the interior painting took place you’ll have 10% OFF each cleaning.
• We encourage the buying of gift certificates for loved ones so we always offer a one-time gift of 10% OFF.  You can buy as many hours as you like for your loved one and we will take 10% OFF one time for that specific individual.

Some last minute details: First-time house cleanings can take 3-6 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved. This gives us the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home. Move in/move out cleanings usually take 6-8 hours as well as one-time cleanings.  *We will not be held to these estimations, as each home is different.
